RPM Outlet has screwed plenty of people. There's plenty of reputable shops out there to choose from. All you have to do is a quick google search for "RPM Outlet", and you'll see why, if you need more info.

As far as the TB setup, there's no need for it unless you're running forced induction. The stock TB flows plenty for a NA car.

Even with FI you don't need it until you start running big boost. They will only gain you maybe 2-3hp under 500rwhp and it gets a little better as you build in power. The stock TB flows surprisingly well (but you already knew that darkfire :nice:)

The stock TB and fuel pump can handle upwards of 400 RWHP before having to be replaced with bigger and better.

On an all out N/A car (whenever the new intake comes out and with fully P&P heads and cams, blah blah) I'd probably do it just for giggles and to make sure there really is no bottleneck. But yeah, anything short of that and I'd put the money elsewhere (that's the other thing, if it's all out there is no elsewhere for the money, heh).
