will a art carr c4 fit on a 96 4.6 cobra motor?

Im planning on dropping a 96' 4.6 cobra 4 cammer on another 90 mustang notch.I have the body and the tranny already,but not the motor. But,i am getting a good deal on one,so im planning on jumping on the motor.Im just wondering,will a art carr c4,with transbarake,reverse manual v.b, ect. fit on a 4.6 4 valve?any inputs,highly appreciated,thanks

it will fit as long as the bellhousing on the trans is set up to fit a modular motor. its different than a windsor.

You will most likely need an adapter plate. Not sure who carries them, Maybe Art Carr or Performance Automatic. I know they're out there.
