Winters coming and I need to fix the wipers quick. I think it's the governor cause when the fuse for the wipers is in they won't turn off or change speed. So I can pull the fuse and get them to go off or re-insert it to turn them on. But it sucks. Is this a problem with the governor? And if so are they interchangeable between models and years? Mines a '94 5.0.
