Wiring Help

hey I was wondering if anyone could help me out, I'm currently in the middle of doing a complete dash swap out of an 04 Mach 1 into my 99 and am stuck on wiring up the rear window defrost switch to the new switch under the radio. I've got 3 out of the 5 wires connected so far:

PINK/BLUE
BROWN/BLUE
BLUE/RED

the only remaining wires are a solid BLACK and a BLACK with GREEN stripe on the new switch wiring harness, but on the harness on the 99 there is a larger gauge BLACK wire and a smaller gauge BLACK wire. Does anyone know which wires I need to connect the new harness wires to the old one to make it work? Thanks for the help.

Switch colors:
Black - ground
Black / yellow - to cluster and rear defrost relay
Pink / Blue - fused +12V
Brown / Blue - defroster On indicator LED
Blue / red - switch illumination

You should use an ohmmeter to determine which of the black wires is chassis ground. The other one should be the relay. Also look carefully for a stripe on one of the black wires.

does anyone know what the switch colors on a 99-00 are? I currently have the dash out of the car so I can't test for ground right now.
