Wiring questions

Im swapping out the 4cyl and dropping in a supercoupe motor from a thunderbird. Im currently doing the wiring and may need alittle help or maybe a good color code diagram?

I need to know where the wires on the alternator go
the wire on the passenger side of plug?
then the wire on the driver side of the plug?
