X-Pipe Fitment

    Will and x pipe from a 99 cobra fit an 03/04 cobra? I thought the bellies for these cars were the same. I know that the aft cat is the same right? Maybe I got the wrong info.

    Not positive but I believe due to the IRS the backhalf of the exhaust is different.

    it will fit, many of the 03 cobra guys were installing exhausts made for the 99-01 cobras before companies came out with specific 03 cobra exhausts and i never heard of any fitment issues when using the 99-01 exhaust.

    Anyone else. I want to make for sure before I buy one from another site that is 200 cheaper, just because its not an 03/04

    what about a vrs o/r x from a 98 cobra? will that fit an 03. seems like I have been seeing lately websites selling midpipes for 96-04 mustangs, non specific model, but same midpipe. :shrug:
