Yet another SMOG/EGR question.

My new motor is soon to be topped of with TrackHeat heads. As we know, they dont have to rear port for smog, therefore it is useless. The only downfall from that is I hear it burns up your cats. Which- for me, that wont be a problem due to O/R pipe. Now - my big question is, should I delete the EGR as well ? Ive heard some say they loose gas mileage/power from doing so. I AM going to get a tune, so the egr/smog WILL be turned off. My reasoning for deleting the EGR is, I see no reason to have it due to no emissions. The setup is a RNH 347/ Trackheat heads&intake/ FTI cam/ 70mm Accufab TB (possible EGR delete?)/ 80mm pro-m/ fullexhaust (O/R X). I think that is all of the info you will need to help answer my question.
