Motor mounts too tall?

Is it possible to buy tall motor mounts?

I've had clearance issues in a few ways.
My performer RPM intake used to hit my hood before I got a cowl
and my steering shaft hits my headers not in the usuall way like if someones mounts were sagging mine hits on the bottom from the shaft being low on the headers.

I switched to the MM steering shaft yesterday for more clearance and it hits even more! so much that I can't drive it.

So I was wondering if it's even possible to buy motormounts that are taller than normal.

the stock rubber mounts are taller than the conv. one piece style. either that or space the motor up off the mounts

The prothane poly mounts are high motor mounts. I replaced my oem sagging motor mounts with energy suspension poly motor mounts, the es mounts raised my engine 1/4" The prothane poly mounts raise the engine way up in the clouds. You did not mention which ones you are using.

Thanks a lot Hissin, that's good to know wish I knew that before I got my cowl hood lol. Oh well

You did not mention which ones you are using.
