Both great cars but the Shelby GT500 was the one on the cover on just about every car magazine for two straight months, there is just something about the history of the car that throws logic out the window.

As far the shaker 1000 system not fitting properly, it is working fine in my GT500. Probably a material shortage as reported. Trust me the car is worth the wait. How much did you guys pay over MSRP (if at all)?

Robo, you are right , my comparison is to the Viper and therefore I am bias. I drove it all day today and the tone grew on me a little bit. it is still too mellow for my taste but acceptable.

Hi Ricks, thanks for the input. I think the louvre on the c-pillar looks sharp , in either case, besides tints, I am probably going to leave it alone until I find a good local tuner. So for now, just tints.
