Broson01, that injector thing you are talking about is a something only a few tuners actually know how to do. Looking at your numbers your tuner Definetly knows how to work it. It takes some in depth software adjustments to do it. CONGRATS... Do you have the number to the shop you went to...

The Xcal2 is a great poduct, The 17rwhp is a definetly doable. I've seen as much as 25rwhp gain from a tune on a bolt on mustang.

You also have to look at duty cyle. A duty cycle of 80% will loose its consistency over time. So you can support a certain hp with 19lb @100%DC but it is benificial and more reliable to upgrade injector size and keep your DC down and get your comp tuned for it.

bluebullet the MAF voltage is NOT something the tuner can change through the software. I have seen a couple of guys peg their 2400 MAF with rwhp between 350 to 400 with the procharger blowthough set up (one is my cousin in Texas with a GT mustang, procharger and some mild cams). your right...

I can only seeing it helping you by widening your wheel base. However the local road courses wont allow us to run with wheel spacers. I had some 18x9 front and 18X10s in the rear from Raceline through Ravi at Speed Freaks in tracy. that definetly helped out the handeling.

My wife got soo sick of the damn wining, we have been back and forth between ford about six times. Finally just bit the bullet and had Ravi at Speed Freaks install an auburn differential unit and some 4.10 gears. 8,000 miles later and running great, definetly worth it.

My buddy has a 02 gt with some wicked cams and a F1 procharger on it, he went to apex and a couple shops in hayward but they could not get it dialed in. He ended up going to Ravi at Speed Freaks in tracy. He was very pleased with the car. I think i will give them a shot. I'll keep you guys...

Rod, you would be better of going with a sct big air MAF. They are a much nicer calibrated unit and the injector size can be adjusted through the tuning. If you come to CA i can recommend some shops dont know any thing out their.. GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR COMBO! keep us updated on the power numbers

The hurst is the best shifter i have ever felt... (we had a roush shifter in their, not worth the money) Had Speed Freaks Industries in tracy install one on my wifes gt. She loves it, she's even going to let me take it back for a custom tune.
