What i used is a long pry bar and kept tapping it in the cat and break the material into small pieces and then just shake it out, you can check your progress with a flashlight to make sure it's all out. Make sure the o2's are out of it though LOL !!

That is exactly how mine is i am gonna try the pypes cat's and see how they work hopefully it will be alot better. Don't know how much longer i can listen to it around 2,500 and 3,00 rpm's. These cars def. are not like the fox's (as far as how they sound) but oh well.

I had put them on my 01 Bullitt and they worked great.

I believe the black are for r-12 and the green are for 134 i just spoke to a tech and he said to use the green ones that they are better suited for 134.

I just chenged mine because i had to put a tailshaft seal in it and i used mercon 6 its a new fluid (i work at a GM dealer) and it is what we have in bulk and i would have to say it works just fine.
