Stock h or high flow h

I've always wondered, why does the Mustang have to have an H or an X pipe at all? Why can't it have a true, completely separate dual exhaust set-up? Is there an emmissions reason that all Mustang mid pipes have either an H or X in their design?

Are these wheels available on the 2011 Mustang? Not on Ford site

I agree. Sometimes someone can't drive manual or doesn't want to for any number of reasons, and because of that, they miss out on certain features. :bang: Personally, I've always wanted manual in a Mustang, but since we already have one with manual, if we were to ever get a second I'd want...

Are these wheels available on the 2011 Mustang? Not on Ford site

As far as I know, they're only available if you order the Brembo package.

    professional detailing, worth it IMO

Where in Ohio are you and where did you get the detailing done? I live in Euclid, which is just outside of Cleveland. I'd be interested in going to the shop you went to if it's close enough.

CAI/tuner dilema: Keep S&B and buy a tuner, or buy used JLT/tuner for $350-ish?

I bought the JLT/tuner combo used from a board member on another site. I'm not sure who he bought it from, but he said the tunes in it were from Tillman. If not for the difference in the gears of our two cars, I'd stick with the current tunes for a little bit until I could purchase a few more...

CAI/tuner dilema: Keep S&B and buy a tuner, or buy used JLT/tuner for $350-ish?

Yeah, he confirmed that he restored his car to stock because he traded it in. So I'm expecting everything will be good to go when I get it. Hopefully there won't be any surprises.

CAI/tuner dilema: Keep S&B and buy a tuner, or buy used JLT/tuner for $350-ish?

That's what I like to hear! The previous owner had Tilllman tunes so I'll probably go with them too. He only had mufflers like me, but he had 3.55 gears and mine ha 3.31 so I'll have to retune for that. But I'm gonna get my moneys worth out of the tunes and get a set of economy delete plates to...

CAI/tuner dilema: Keep S&B and buy a tuner, or buy used JLT/tuner for $350-ish?

This is exactly the kind of info I'm looking for. Thank you! The good news is that I went ahead and pulled the trigger on the JLT and I'm hoping to have it by the end of the week. I've already listed my S&B for sale on a few sites. Can't wait to see/feel the difference! :nice:

CAI/tuner dilema: Keep S&B and buy a tuner, or buy used JLT/tuner for $350-ish?

I'm getting ready to purchase my first tuner for our Mustang. Currently, I have an S&B CAI on the car which does not require a tune. Originally, I was thinking about just buying a tuner to go with that, so my investment would be about $380. I have come across an opportunity to purchase an used...

GTA axle back mufflers good choice?

I installed mine today, along with an S&B CAI. I can say that the GTAs give it a deeper and slightly louder sound at idle, somewhat of a difference at sub-40 MPH speeds, and no difference at all that I could hear while on the freeway. Just enough of a difference while cruising that someone may...

    Cold air intake w/o tune

My S&B CAI is scheduled to arrive tomorrow via UPS. I won't be able to install it til Saturday probably. I'll also be installing the FRPP GTA axle back when I install the CAI, so I'll be making my first two performance mods this weekend. Can't wait.

    Cold air intake w/o tune

I just (as in minutes ago) purchased an S&B CAI from a board member on TMS. I got it for $135 and it's only 2 months old supposedly. This will be my first performance mod, and although I know it won't show me the best gains possible since it doesn't have a tuner, it'll still hopefully be a...

What do you guys use to clean up chrome wheels and keep them shiny?

Does the Mother's Chrome Wheel Polish do anything for taking out any physical imperfections in the chrome (as opposed to visual imperfections)?

What do you guys use to clean up chrome wheels and keep them shiny?

So, does anyone have chrome wheels that they maintain?

What do you guys use to clean up chrome wheels and keep them shiny?

I THINK I read somewhere that the polished 18" Bullitts (which we took of for the new chrome ones) do have a clear coat on them, and because of that, you can't use any abrasive type of cleaner. I'd think that with the chrome ones, you could probably use something semi-abrasive. Am I wrong on...

What do you guys use to clean up chrome wheels and keep them shiny?

A couple months ago, I bought a set of the FRPP 18" chrome Bullitt wheels for our Mustang. The wheels were used, but they look great overall. For the price I got the set for, I would have only been able to buy 1 of them new! Anywho, they have a few minor blemishes on them, nothing major. Also...

    GT CS Owners

Our GT/CS has the MyColor option. It didn't have the ambient lighting option, but I don't really care about that one.

    Black chrome tips???

Those are pretty cool. I wonder how they'd look on our GT/CS since it has the black section where the tail pipes are. Since it wouldn't be body color, you wouldn't notice two exhaust holes that appear to be empty. Instead, at quick glance, it would probably just look like one blacked out section...
