    More clutch problems!

    May be the clutch fork hitting the inspection cover. Look on the inside of the cover, if there are marks on the inside of the cover here is your problem. I had this on my 2002 w/ T-3650. Use a grinder on the end of the clutch fork for clearance.

    Stock lightning blocks can not handle 1000 hp. At $8500 I would be looking for something that has an after market block. World Industries has some real nice long blocks in this price range with a Man-O-War block. Or fprdstrokers could build you a real nice long block at this price or lower.

    Sounds like the pump to torque converter seal (most common) or the pump housing to trans housing gasket (no so common)

    You could make your own pointer and locate it where ever you wanted. You could have it on the drivers side if you wanted, just get some timing tape. One question comes to mind though, are you using an old stock balancer? The stock balancers are known to have the outer ring slip allowing unwanted...
