Got me a treat for my boootayy: NEW SEATS

Looks great man. Couple of questions: What kind of shifter do you have? I noticed that the left side of your old driver's side seat looked like it had given out. Mine has done the same thing, and I was wondering if that was a common trend?

    August S.O.T.M. Winner!

Laser, I'd tell you congrats, buuuuut let's face it...with my "high standing" in this place, it would cheapen all of the other accolades you've received. Anyway, where did you get the pioneer nav setup and how much did it set you back if you don't mind me asking? And if you do mind me...

VTEC powered Mustang Spotted in Atlanta! (Hall of Shame Applicant)

Not really racist, more of a stereotype....and as much as we all hate stereotypes, they're stereotypes for a reason. Also, I noticed in Hawaii a lot of people that dedicate their back windows to some dead relative/friend. "In Loving Member of INSERT CORPSE'S NAME HERE" I always wondered if...

Secret Incantations for GT front brakes ?

I've had the caliper lock up on me twice. Once in my old ranger and once in my grandmother's F150. Both fun, although the oil pump went at the same time on the F150 so it was slightly more fun. Also, mmmmmm...brake bacon

Airbags still in a used car?

Sit in the driver's seat with the car runnin and have a friend hit the front bumper with a sledge hammer. If you end up with a broken nose, then your airbag was functional. OR You should be able to pull the cover off and see if the squib has been fired off. Just make sure you disconnect...

    Problem with Ricers

I love the odd **** that pops up in 4.6 talk. You never know what kind of off-the-wall comments you'll see.

    Problem with Ricers

The fact that there is a law specifically stating that crankin down a dead animal is wrong is the saddest thing ever. Someone wrote that law for a reason, which leads me to believe that somewhere, in some court room, some sick a$$hole tried to avoid jail by saying something to the effect of...

    Best And Worst Used Cars

I'm surprised the list wasn't made up entirely of Chryslers. My wife had a 99 concorde for about a year, then I noticed some white smoke coming out of the tailpipe. Then the oil started to get nice and milky. SOOOO I traded that piece in for a 98 mustang gt. Seems like every chrysler I've...

    Burning Clutch Smell

Just a thought, and if it doesn't apply, please feel free to call me retarded: Was your a/c still blowing cold? If not it might be your compressor clutch. My a/c was low on coolant and it caused the comp. clutch to work overtime which made it smell like unholy ass in the cabin.

Odometer not working on daughters '98

You can get the gear at www.odometergears.com I just replaced mine yesterday. The gear came in about 4 days after I ordered it.

    ERROR#2

Try pushing the button that selects which side of the tape gets played. I used to have the same sort of problem on my POS chrysler. I guess the cassette thing only puts out a signal on one side and if your tape player reads the other side it throws the error signal.

    The infamous hot start

I had a '69 coupe that hated to start up when it had a hot engine. I replaced the solenoid and the problem seemed to go away. Hope that helps

    Odd Starting Problem

Gotta be the solenoid. Cheap $15 part, last time I bought one. Of course that was for a '69 and it was much easier to get to.
