Ok at the shop right now and the pads on both sides are wearing nice and even. Got new nuts and new dust caps so we'll see.

Went to the shop on Thursday and Ford ended up pulling the hubs without abs, but we did get a look at the hub. The outer bearing is fine, however the inner bearing is 100% shot. Parts will be in Monday so I'll have them check the pads then.

Agree with Sharad if you're doing any kind of racing and need the adjustable stuff. If you're just daily driving I'm particularly fond of the Bilstein HD series stuff. I run Bilstein all around including quad shocks on my 00' Vert and I love em.

Adhesive is optional here but its going to be governed by how well the face lays in there and whether it bows out around the middle where the tach and speedo needles are. If it rubs even a little, outside temperature can make it worse and make your needles stick.

Take your coil packs off and check the seating and tightness of your plugs. Sound is very similar to a stripped plug hole, sometimes they can eject forcefully and come straight out or they can strip the plug hole and end up rattling around in there under acceleration.
