I have the same problem. I read on another forum that Ford can reprogram the PCM or some module to get the fan to kick on at a lower temp. I am lookin for that post right now and I also have a call into my Ford service manager to see if that is possible.

Has a #3 engine miss code now. PO 303. Bought a coil pack. 101 K miles on old one.

No, it's the amperage draw on the high speed fan, i think. BUT I also had to replace the harmonic balancer(crank pulley) so that may also factor in. The fan is supposed tp go to low speed first and then to high.

Yes, sounds like wiring harness to trans. I'd take it to good ford dealer and let them check it. They can troubleshoot and repair harness if that's the problem.

Let a good Ford dealer run diagnostics on it. Possible FEM module fail,but I dunno.

You sure it's not OVER charged?Make sure. Also Could be faulty magnetic clutch or connection.

Don't know on yours,but I hadda reseal my rear glass. Used a very good clear sealant and can't remember what it was. Worked great.

If the battery is located in the trunk, you need the vent hose to the outside like the Lincoln LS has. The battery has a nipple for a hose which vents the H2 outside.No explosion danger that way.

So is it a 5R55 transmission? You have to check THAT one's fluid level from underneath on a rack. It needs to be hoisted while running in Park after you've shifted it thru the gears and needs to be just hot enough trans temp to feel hot to the touch. 120 F or so. You remove the center plug on...
