Thanks guys ..I just bought a new IAC and that fixed the RPMs lucky I guess considering its almost never ends up being that easy me ha. But make a note people DON't USE CARB CLEANER ON IAC!

cleaned Tb and IAC with carb cleaner and now having hanging RPMs ..if I unplug IAC car runs fine so did the carb cleaner ruin my IAC???

i had almost the same issue with my efan i finally just gave up and wired a manual switch inside the car ... i actually prefer it now just because on hot starts it puts lets draw on battery and i can just kick it on right after. but yeah just a option
