Yeah sure your inline 6 has 330hp, but it is COMPLETELY maxed out from the factory. Must be nice to spend $10,000 on mods & pick up 10hp :rlaugh:

BTW: Ford will keep this car under 40K even if its 39,990.00 LOL. Base C6's start at 44K so you can bet Ford will not want to encroach to close to that number.

Agree to race at a 1/8 of a mile track. Buy a set of 4.56 gears & a set of slicks. Remove: jack, spare tire, rear seat, drivers seat, (use passager seat), sway bars, hood, trunk lid. etc. Warm up the tires good, lanch from 6000rpm & hope for the best.

Yes....but you will need FlowMasters & a Electric Supercharger to make that combo work.

Personally, I'm pretty impressed if this new GT can do mid 13's stock & can put down 300rwhp with just a tune/Catback. I could even see myself buying one over a Cobra. Add some gears & thats more than enough power to spank most cars on the road. It could stand to lose some weight though...

They dropped the ball on right on your head, the HEMI is an OK motor if it was put in a car that didn't weigh 4000lbs. But the 300C's are nothing to get a woody over in terms of performance, as they are considerably slower than a GT with it's "modest" 300hp.

What??? All LS1 motors require premium fuel.....if they don't this is news to me :shrug:

The Gas guzzling stab at the GTO was in regards to it requiring 92+ there bobby boy:) When you factor in the premium paid for premium fuel it most likely would be a wash in terms of operating cost.
