my car was stock except for the no mufflers and a k & n and i still ran a 13.9 at 100. every one tells me it is hurting my power but i pull on new gts all day long. i got more done now and it still pulls on even gt's with full exhaust. ??. but i dont know.

if you drop your 60' by at least a tenth you should be at 14.0 your launch will improve your et more than your power shifting as long as you shift clean. work on the 60 foot. supposedly every tenth in 60' is 2 tenths in the 1/4

i took my 98 vert to about 145 and ran outa room. i redlined my 99gt in 4th gear at 140(i wasnt paying attention to my rpms or i woulda shifted.) imagine a blow out at those speeds.
