my mistake guys, i kinda jumped to conclusions, you are correct about it not being a 74 due to the fact that there arent any horizontal bars in the lights and less bars in the grille, oh btw, i too see the vertical bars, and it is a very sharp looking grille at that :nice:

well, i hate to burst everyones bubble, but this is a stock 74 grille, possibly modified to not have virtical bars, but the vert. bars were not that visible on the 74 anyhow and they could have painted them. the 77 had vert. bars and they were very visible so it is NOT a 77 grille.

I know this thread is a little old, but more info is better late than none... currently, I am running 185/70 R13 by Pirelli, the P77 's they have a nice wide tread and look sweet from behind like i have 9" wide rims.. :nice: a little smaller than stock but doesn't affect my speedo much, maybe...

I am having this same problem with my trans. in my 76 cobra, but mine is the stock 4 spd. from ford and the same thing happened in my 81 just before it went out on me, except it was reverse in that one that always popped out, (and plus i think i broke that one becuz i would hold it in reverse...

hey guys, I'm taking everything out of my engine bay today (i.e. electrical, accessories, etc.) anything and everything in the way of me taking out my engine for a rebuild. any advise before i start ripping things out?

what specifically are you looking for? year and specific model of car (i.e. gt, cobra, etc.) hatchback i assume? condition/driveablitiy? engine/drivetrain?

i am looking for some of these myself, but the ones in jcwhitney i have seen on a newer stang, pretty sure they are the same style/setup and they look super ghey! :notnice: so fake and plasticky i say dont get these and just wait for a nice set to pop up on ebay. just my .02 though

I did something similar to what hack did, but my setup before i got new lines wasnt as bad as yours sounds, mine never really leaked like yours and didnt really pinch the lines but i re-did them anyway because i didnt want to worry about them breaking (and not me lol)

what about a coupe with a 390ci and a 4spd w/ front power disc and blue interior?? just wondrin cuz i have the opportunity to pick one up..
