    i need headers, please help!!!!

You will not find headers that attach to your old H Pipe perfectly. Besides you want a better more modern seal anyway. Just install the headers and collectors (if needed based upon your header selection)and bring the car to the muffler shop that knows what they are doing.

    Manual Choke install

Thanks, but I am looking for a step by step or a exploded view of where all of these pieces go. I have that manual and it just shows a picture of the outside of the carb with the manual choke. There are alot more parts behind the scene that have to mesh perfectly.

    How much Vacuum?

What is the minimum amount of vacuum for a stock 67 booster require. My pedal has always seemed spongy and my brake light come on too late. The brakes haver been bled and everything is new. The best I can do on vacuum is 15 and I am not sure where the timing is right now.

No Power, pops out back, runs hot, and Pi$$ me off

Not to sound disrespectful but if I were you after dealing with this problem for well over a month, I would bring it in to a performance shop and have another set of eyes to look at it. You are only going farther and farther and deeper and deeper into a problem that may be a simple fix.
