4.10s may actually improve your gas mileage in a way, because they put less load on the engine than the stock 3.27s. But, you in higher revs more and more likely to romp on it...

long story short well a few months ago i hit a curb... sad but true. the shop thats fixing it says it needs a new k member, so i thought id save 500 bucks by getting a used one.

I know a couple of guys with stangs that i could get to come, and at las positas college, I have seen several mustangs that I could stick flyers in the windows of or whatever. I think it'd be cool to have a meet for livermore, pleasanton, danville, dublin, san ramon etc. anyone agree?

it would be sick to get another bay area get together ... together. are there any of them coming up that I should know about? if I was to start a smaller mustang meet myself, do I need to clear with wherever we are meeting ahead of time to make sure it will be alright? or how about...

i got a friend that could help me reinforce it .... :D is that a good idea? or dont i want it to crumble? lol

hey has anyone had much experience with any kuhmo (sp?) tires? I hear they are not so bad for their price!

so tomustang- do you think a used k member from stangparts will be strong enough? is it a bad idea to get one, or is it no big deal?

I was thinking about buying a tubular k member, but I dont want to have any compatibility issues. I know some k members, such as max. motorsports, require you to use their coil over suspension setup. I havent done much research, but would a tubular k member just be a direct replacement fit...

I need to get some frame work done on my front end, and i need a new k member/crossmember/cradle. my question is, first of all, I used to know of this site that sold them used for like 200, and they had a big yard of wrecked mustangs, and i think it was in dallas or texas or something.. but...
