347 Stroker Ok...maybe i wasn't clear on that...he doesn't know what special machining has to be done to the block when you build a stroker...he is a certified ford mechanic...he has never built a stroker..so any info on that would be great...thanx Josh

What clearance issues will i run into when building this...i have a 306 short block and a 347 stroker kit...what needs to be done to my block as in machining..for clearance...cause i have a friend thats a mechanic that will assemble he just didn' know about clearance issues for the block...thanx...

i have a zex nitrous kit..the guy i bought the kit from didn't give me the fitting to screw on the intake threads on the box...need to know if you can just leave out the fuel jet...or some way of making a custom fitting or something...let me know asap...Kansas F-body Assoc.. is having a track...

ok i will try that...it just seems wierd that it can take so much timing to me...i mean i can set the base to 20 degrees and it will run decent...the pistons have been dished for high lift and boost...so maybe thats it???/ AHHHHHHHHHHH haha...i want to blow the damn thing up its so frustrating...

i don't think its off 180 cause it runs to good for that...but the timing has to be off...i just don't understand how it can take 20 degrees base timing and not ping???...that doesn't seem right..my pistons are dished though for high lift and boost...so it might be that too???

how would the distributor being set in there affect that??? i just pulled the #1 plug and turned the car to top dead...then i put the #1 plug where the rotor was at...then i pulled the spout and set the timing...unless i'm wrong...i didn't think that would affect anything...although that might...

i did do it like that but i did it before the car had been primed...so i wonder if i need to do it again now that they have been pumped up...:( i think i f***ed up...i hope i didn't ruin my cam..let me know

i don't think thats going to work cause i had the timing advanced to 20 base...i wonder if the msd box should be unplugged before i try to set the base...i don't know...let me know...thanx

i know that...i mean maybe my number one plug wire is a nobb off from where the cap is firing...and thats why its reading that its advanced more...??????? hell i don't know...yes i have a 75mm Pro M calibrated for 24#...i just got it 2 months ago...i can't figure it out...please help me:)

Can someone please help me...i have more info...the car runs better if the base timing is at 20 degrees...i don't understand why the timing can be so high?? it should be WAY to far advanced but its not...i think i am off a plug on the cap...maybe??// i dunno i need some INPUT on this guys :bs:

they are stud mount rockers...and yes they are adjustable...sorry for using the wrong words...i meant what if you have to much preload...what are some symptoms...the exhaust tone is louder than usual and i have lost power...i think i might need plugs...if you try to goose the car 2 or 3...

what are some symptoms of improper valve lash... just wondering cause i am having problems with my 95 gt...i put on vic jr. heads with 1.6 rockers and trickflow chromoly pushrods 6.4 length...a little longer than stock...and it seems liket the car is popping a lot...and the exhaust tone seems...
