heavy duty ford racing clutch/pressure plate and i used a Valeo throwout bearing

pilot bearing is about a year old, along with the clutch and everythign else only have around 600 on the clutch.....ya before i did the clutch i would hear the click click from the throwout bearing and when you push on the clutch it would go away so i replaced it and everything has been fine...

ya i'll try it out, if not just waste a day taking the tranny out and putting it back in, not a big deal more of a pain in the ass

the clutch is fairly new along with everything else, the clutch graps fine and everything, but it just makes that bad sound when i step on the clutch, would adjusting the cable help any and is there a way to put some throwout bearing without taking the tranny out

it sounds almost like a belt whining, its really loud and doesnt sound too good

ok this started the other day when i put it in reverse and start going back i would hear a screaching sound, i figured it might be my speedo gear cause i think the wrong one is in there (not enough teeth), so i didnt really think much of it cause it would only do it in reverse, then i would...

ya i have a pro 5.0, but i have had it on for awhile and i have never heard the whine while downshifting

ya it whines when i have the clutch in and as i'm putting it in gear

i noticed today when i was taking a turn and was downshifting into 2nd it made a little whine sound and i also noticed it in 1st gear.....is something i should keep my eye on or should i do something to help it stop....i recently just had the fluid changed to synthetic....any advice thanks

just get a hold on some crappy old 02 sensors and cut the tops off and just screw it in,one of my buddys did that worked fine

mine did the same thing, i just put some pliers on it and yanked that sucker out, no more dinging

i'll have to talk to him about his car and meeting up but for the most part i know he has a 4 inch intercooler, blower pulley,full exhuast, and some other things i cant remember, like i said i'll have to ask him.....but i'll get back to you
