What is the hole for above the fuel pump hole. What goes there

I have bought a 1978 King Cobra and the fuel tank was already removed and discarded. I was able to locate all the parts I need except for the grommet for the fuel vent on the top of the tank. Anyone know a part number or where to find one? Thanks!!
