03 fog lights?

Hey all I am looking for a set of 03 Cobra fog lights. I bought a Cobra bumper for my brothers car and now need fog lights. Any idea who sells them? (other than dealer) Also will the GT fog light brackets work? I am thinking they will not since they are different shape lights but not sure how they are mounted. Thanks for the help on this.

Found these on ebay. It says it has mounting hardware but it doesn't look like much of hardware. Is this all that is needed to mount these?
