I have a nice 1987 Ford Escort. It is a 4-door, with a 1.9 liter engine and automatic transmission. The car has 82000 actual miles. It has a new alternator,battery,fuel pump, distributor cap,plugs,plug wires, tires, hatch struts and windshield wipers. It probably has some more new stuff that I just can't remember. When I bought it there was no back seat. I replaced the front and rear seats with seats from a 1987 Escort Gt. The little car runs and drives great. It has power mirrors,ac which I have not tried to use so it probably needs charged. It has excellent heat and crank windows. The interior is in good shape except for the dash. The dash is cracked pretty bad. It has a dash pad over it to cover the cracks. The car was originally red but has been painted black. the paint is decent but has some chips and scratches. It also has Gt front and rear ground effects with working fog lights. I drive it every day to work so mileage will go up. It is a good little car I just do not need it anymore. I also have a 1986 escort GT with a 5-speed transmission that can be used as parts. The engine in the Gt has about 30000 miles on it. I will email pics to anyone interested . This is a great little car. It would be great for a first car,student or work car, Very cool little early escort. I will trade for parts for my Mustang or sell both for $1100
