$70.00 no tax... He charged me $35 on each side.. it's a muffler shop btw

I paid $115+sh for Maximum Motorsport full length subs.....$175+tax to weld.(and spray paint black) I was quoted $150-$200 to install from various shops. One shop wanted $300 to install. Shop for quality 1st...but price matters. Good luck.

my griggs subframes with $90 dollar install was $200 total.

I realy can't see paying over 100$ for the install. I know several good welders that have offered to install mine for less. Of course I am smack dab in the middle of skilled welders central with all the oil field equipment out here.

Ouch, $200+ for an install is simply too much IMHO. If you have the money & the shop/installer is competent, then go for it.
Otherwise, you can save a buck or two and have someone else do it for much less (provided they know what they are doing - heh ).

I got my KB's installed for $110 at CJ Pony Parts. They are not full-length, but I can't see that there would be that huge of a difference for full-length install; maybe $50?
