Yes there is two place on the back , Meybe you already have holes over there if not drill one like I did , and tap threads , I did on rear left side , thats on pass side, in that hole I install stock sensor and in fron I installed aftermarker sensor

I asked about this a few weeks ago, and the consensus was that the rear holes are not as accurate as the front one. There is a FRPP thermostat housing/neck that has a tapped hole for another temp sender. The sender needs to be in the flow of water for a accurate reading.
Perhaps an acceptable solution is to put the aftermarket sender in the stock location, and then put the factory one in the rear. That will at least allow the stock gauge to work, just read the temp off of the aftermarket gauge.
