3 step install

Hey guys im havin some trouble hookin up my 3 step to my clutch switch. I was trying to hook it up to my neutral safety switch so when i have the clutch pressed it will give power to the 3 step. Is this the correct way to do it? I just want to be able to put a 3000 rev limit when i have the clutch pressed for launching.
