yes , they are closer to 3.73s than they are the 3.08s so yes you will notice them alot ......

Yep, definitley one of the best things you can do. The whole 3.55 vs. 3.73 vs. 4.10 has been covered time and time again. If you need help deciding between which gears, the search button is your friend.

I went with 3.55 since I drive on the freeway. I love them and they made a huge difference. Ford also has the right speedo gear for the 3.55s so you know how fast you are going. There isn't an accurate gear for 3.73s.
