Well goin carb makes it a bit easier. I dont think the 4cyl 5spd will hold up too long and i'm not even positive it will work. Like you said you will have to swap rears and you will need the rear brake line or get one bent up so the exhaust isn't close to it. You'll need a crossmember, tailpipe hangers if your running tails. If your keeping pwr steering you will need a v8 pump and lines. Of course all the obvious stuff that goes along with the motor as well as motor mounts. Thats really the basic stuff i can think of. It might be a good idea to swap to v8 front brakes if you really plan on goin fast. hope this helps and good luck with it
