99 2V rough idle/rev with SES

99 2V with rough idle/revs sounds like misfire. Exhaust smells different. SES is on. Plugs? injectors? O2 sensor? I have assumed one or all of these three things as being the culprit(s), Is there something else? I have not done any work yet but will begin with these. Any other ideas? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Start with plugs,then clean the injectors,then change the 02's. Also check for vacuum leaks(any hoses or pipes not connected at the intake manifold or intake piping that should be)

Take it by Autozone and get them to run the code.
