Everytime I turn on my a/c or heater Ill blow the fuse that controls the a/c clutch, clock, and cruise control. Any idea why this might be happening? Im at a complete loss here...

blower motor may have a short disconnect and connect directly to a battery 12 v.if blower does not work replace it.if blower works problem is somewhere else.i had this problem and connected the blower directly to battery and blower didnt work. i replaced blower and problem solved.

ive only tried with the car running... ill chek that

edit: Just checked, it works fine... blows nice and hard. The heater still works, it just keeps blowing that fuse every time i turn the damn thing on

if blower operates fine try disconnecting the wire plug connected to the air conditioner compressor operate heater and if it works properly short is within a/c clutch coil. wire plug is located bottom side of compressor.if fuse blows the short is in wiring or control panel (behind switches or switches themselves)
