The instructions call for 65 ft-lbs, but I torqued them down to 75 ft-lbs on accident. Should I back them all off and retorque them with the rods already bolted on? I seen in MM&FF they used ARP bolts and they torqued them to 80 ft-lbs, same with the heads. Would it be okay if I left them at 75? Would it change my bearing clearances? (They were within spec @ 65). What should I do? It would be a nightmare to burn up my main bearings after only a few-thousand miles. Thanks guys.
