New to Ford engines ,i have 91 5.0 it came without balanser or flex-plate, can i use an yearly 302 balanser -flex -plate ?

You must use the balancer and flex plate that has the CORRECT imbalance for the motor that you have.
An OEM built late model 302 has a 50 oz. imbalance.
If that motor has been been rebuilt or internals modified, the imbalance may have been changed.
