Bellhousing HELP!!!!!

I am going a engine swap in my 96 mustang. it now has a little 3.8 with a lot of miles on it. I got the car for $400.00 and it is in really good condition. I am droping a carb. 5.0 inplace of the 3.8 to give it a little more power. I am moding the engine to push about 300HP when I am done with it. It came with a T5 and I read that the T5 it came with will work for what i need it to but I need to do something about the bellhousing. If anyone knows were I can get a 94 or 95 mustang bellhousing that fits my 5.0 or maybe a spacer? I dont know any help would be greatful!
Thanks

You can use the 3.8l bellhousing. You need a 164 tooth flywheel to make it work. That's what I'd do. It's the option with the fewest "purchased" parts. I think the 5.0 trucks used the 164 tooth. Prolly have the same balance factor of a Mustang 5.0, after 1983. What say the "pro's"?
