Body work on/around the side windows

I want to delete the side windows using the Agent 47 side deletes here:http://www.shop.agentfortyseven.com/product.sc?categoryId=8&productId=29

Question for the body work guys; How do I smooth these over to get the best look?

If you're asking about blending, I was told it shouldn't be done. The only way to full delete them and leave the pillar completely smooth would be sheet metal.
