can anyone tell me which pin # is missing?

Its either 20 or 41. Im used to looking at the harness side of the connector so Im having trouble figuring out the orientation.

41 is not used and 20 is the case ground.

wow so the computer dont control 2,5,8,11,18,23,24,28,34,35,39,41,44,51,53,55? Or dont even have wires to those ports.

BK_CAULEY is correct, it is pin 41.
Pin 41 is not functional in 5.0 Mustangs.

The following is a view from the computer side of the wiring harness connector.

Notice that the missing pin is offset back from the start of the top row of pins. That fits the description of pin 41.

LoL... Sorry, so those numbers that I listed, the ecu doesnt have wires going to them, according to the diagram.
