Part from an AOD shifter that moves when you move the shifter. Marked with an "X" Whatever you call it, if it even has a name. Mine is missing a few "louvers" so to speak

Just the louvers? I doubt it. You are better off searching for an entire new shifter.

I'd sell you mine cheap if it was out of the car. One of these days i'll start my t-5 swap and the AOD shifeter will be useless to me.

Alot of people install a shift boot over the whole assembly to clean it up and (i guess) give the illusion of a stick shift.

I would search the junkyards...there's bound to be a good one somewhere. Otherwise i'd just get a B+M shifter or something else and get a better shifter while you're at it.
