cd player problem

so i just got a cobra yesterday with the 6-cd in-dash changer system but it wont let me load cd's. i press load..pick a slot and it says moving to that slot..then it just says cd error and never opens the little door to let me put them in...what do i do?

get a new one, its a common problem with the 6 disc changer..

how much are those and where do i get them..if i bought the car yesterday do u think the dealership should replace it?

What year is it? If it's a 2004, it might still be under warranty. If it's a 2003, just upgrade to something else....
