About three weeks ago, I noticed that when I push the clutch in, I hear a squeak, nothing too bad. I asked a friend of mine about it, and he said the throwout bearing. I was in the process of helping him install a clutch in a newer z28, so I know where it is. My cobra has almost 112000 miles on it, and was suppossed to have had a new clutch, and throwout bearing, installed around 96000 miles. I haven't noticed any problems with the clutch, engaging or slipping, but should I put in a new clutch while everything is apart. I'm sure what ever is in there isn't high dollar stuff. Just seems to be a lot of removal and installation for such a small part. What kind of clutches are holding up for you guys? I don't do any strip racing, but enjoy the power of the car quite often. What do you guys recommend?? thanks, chris
