Door Panel 101

Does anyone know of an easier way to attach the door panels, with out those metal clips? I was thinking about a strong adhesive but I dunno. Anyone out there that has simplified the install?

I've had very limited (re: almost no) success with velcro. It just makes the panel stick out too much.

That said, definately do not use an adhesive or anything else that would make removal a messy, and even more difficult chore than it already is.

I'd just get acquainted with the regular metal clips. Replace rusted/crappy clips with new, and they aren't so bad.
