Door Speaker Buzz

I'm generally happy w/the sound system in my 2010, but Bob Marley's Rastaman chant---for one---overwhelms the cheesey stock speakers, even when it's not very loud & it even makes the doors vibrate. What's an inexpensive upgrade? And do I need to stick some dynamat or similar sound deadener in the door to stop the vibration?
