Drive Belt Tensioner

Just looking for some input on what I should do, I need to replace my drive belt tensioner as it is worn WAY down and has cracked the belt in half. Should I buy a new one or grab a used one? and if I grab a used one can I use a 2.3NA pulley on a 2.3T ?

Grab a use one, and yeah it will fit, it is the same..
