Factory 3 wire o2 harness to power,ground,signal AEM AFR

3 wire harness
Gray is signal.
Will the gn/blk and blk/gn wires supply keyed 12v and ground when isolated?
(The heater wires)

No I wouldn't tap to those wires for 12v. The heater circuit on most cars cuts off after a set time. Not sure about mustangs but that circuit is sensitive.
