So I failed. But I have supercharged no cat slp loudmouth all tuned properly. It failed... I knew it would ut need help figuring out if I can re-tune it to not run as rich? Is there a way to cheat the emissions test? Or do I need to get a catalytic converter and re tune? If so any recommendations on how to do that. Do I just get a new exhaust?

Where are you located? I know out here there are people you can pay a premium to get a smog cert from(not recommended and illegal, got that out of the way lol).

Looks like he's from Delaware. IIRC, you're car being 1996 and newer has to go through the OBDII test, tailpipe test, and visual inspection for cats. Personally, I'd just run a set of high flow cat's since you have to pass the visual and tailpipe test, and there is a very slim chance you will ever be able to tune it enough to pass the tailpipe test without cats. You really won't lose much performance, if any.
