Fog Light Switch

Hi everyone, Im new here,
I have a bad Fog light switch in my 2003 Mustang GT, I click the button, but the fog light doesnt go out, It only goes out when I release the fog light button slowly , Does anyone know how to replace the fog light switch in great detail? Or video or photos? How to unclick the switch from the plug in connector ect.. ty

You'd probably have to take that entire panel off.
