Front bumper cover painting qs, saleen skirt & 93 cobra grille?

Hey folks,

First of all, has anyone ever put a Saleen front air dam and a 93 cobra grille insert on an LX bumper cover? Opinions?

Second,

For either, does the front bumper cover need to be removed for installation of these parts?

Finally, if I do want to remove this cover first, while keeping the factory header panel, do I need to buy a new rivet kit or does the header panel/bumper assy bolt to the body?
