Fuse for power seat, cig lighter and lumbar keeps blowing?

why would this fuse keep blowing out? any ideas?

Unhook each one, one at a time to isolate which one is causing the problem. If you recently worked on any of them( i.e. removed the console) go to that one first. Once you find the culprit, troubleshoot what is wrong with it. Alot of the times, it is a pinched or bare wire. Look in the lighter and powerpoint sockets and make sure there's nothing in there. One time I had a dime fall in the lighter socket after I unplugged my cellphone charger and it shorted and blew the fuse.

I had a wire getting crimped under the seat and my wife would ajust the seat and it would blow a lot until I took out the seat and found the wire.
